Just did a fresh install of osTicket 1.16 on Debian 11.
So far most seems to work.
But i noticed, that if I go to the Support Center Home an Click Open a New Ticket, I don't have a field (Ticket Details) to enter any information about the feedback/Inquiry/Problem:
