I have tempaltes for certain requests that clients can ask for, the above form is a sample of one, as u can see this already invocles them entering their name etc, wat i want is for them o fill this out then hit submit, this will take them to the open ticket page and pre populate things like the name etc, then they will fill in the rest of the ticket rquiremetns then open ticket as normal
