I have set up osTicket and have made my own modifications to the system. However I have a couple of questions that I just can't seem to find the answer to on the forums or the wiki.
1) If I have piping enabled, does that just handle the initial creation of the tickets, or can it also allow the customer to post reply's and they are saved to the thread? And if it does handle reply's as well, what information needs to be in the email for the system to correctly identify it and put the messages under the correct thread?
2) I have seen many people describe setting up the piping to work under Linux, however what steps must I take to use an Exchange server with piping?
