    The "500 results" is a temporary patch to a way bigger problem for now (see here). If you see "500 results" then this is just a placeholder until we can improve the search mechanism. However the wrong count of "219" could be due to you not having access to all the tickets in that queue. They could belong to teams or departments that you don't have access to.
