  • Ok… in fact, it was the catchall email that…catches every mail. The result was no mail was waiting for OSTicket !Removing that catchall email and asking my provider for cron tab instead of auto cron and now everything is working !Thanks for the advices.Olivier

  • Thank you Chefkeks,It seems I didn't setup the cron job, yes, you're right !I asked my provider because I don't have access to cron.I'll post anyway when it will be configured (or not)…Oliver

  • Hello all,I'd like that the feature of sending a mail to OSTicket works, but it is not the case. Each time I receive a mail from my catchall address. Same problem when answering a ticket via email. All the rest is working very fine !I think I missconfigured something but don't know what… Here is the environment of OSTicket :OSTicket version : 1.9.3 (bba9ccc)Server Soft : Apache/2.2.16 (Debian)PHP version : 5.3.3.7+squeeze19MySQL Version : 5.1.73PHP Extensions : gdlib, imap, xml, xml-dom, json, gettext, mbstring, pharSettings->Emails->Incoming Emails->Email Fetching Enabled, but not Fetch on auto-cronFetching Email via POP enabledAdmin's Email address and email incoming address are different : admin's email is admin1@mydomain.net and email tab's address is  : support@mydomain.net.It seems mail is not incoming or "taken" by the system…Any help really appreciated…Regards. Olivier
