    Problem still exists for 1.7 RC2

    I an confirm that I had the exact same problem with 1.7 RC2 and the "5.1 => 6.1" workaround helped.

    Hi,

    I just updated from 1.60 to 1.7 RC2.

    I noticed that in the ticket view, the dropdown option to close / block user / etc. with "one click" is gone?

    Is there any way to do that, as this was one of the most-used features to get rid off spam mails etc?
