[1.7 RC2] Where did this feature go?

Hi,

I just updated from 1.60 to 1.7 RC2.

I noticed that in the ticket view, the dropdown option to close / block user / etc. with "one click" is gone?

Is there any way to do that, as this was one of the most-used features to get rid off spam mails etc?

OSTicket's current version is 1.6ST. You should not be running 1.7x for production environments.
