I am attempting to do a clean install of osTicket 1.8.0.2 on a 1&1 hosted site.  Version 1.6 ST worked fine on it for years.  However, after following the install instructions provided at http://osticket.com/wiki/Installation, I receive the follow error when attempting to launch the installation script by browsing to the osTicket URL:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /{root path}/osource/support/bootstrap.php on line 5Please note that I replaced some of the path info with the {root path} text.Additionally, when I attempt to browse to the alternate location mydomain.com/setup, nothing happens.PHP version:  5.5Operating System:  Hosted at 1&1...I believe it is Apache
