  • I would like to confirm if that includes recipients added through CC?

Because during our testing, it seems that recipients added through cc were not able to receive updates through the re-send function.

I just wanted to confirm if this was intended. Thank you

  • Hi,

Will only the requestor/user receive an email notification when I edit and resend a ticket thread entry, or will this notification also be sent to collaborators added to the ticket?

    • Hi,

Can you please help me with this issue?

The mysqld service of our webserver suddenly stopped (happened so many times) because of this error, "VCRUNTIME140.dll!memcpy()". And upon checking the mysql error log file, I found this stacktrace:

      `00:01:02 UTC - mysqld got exception 0xc0000005 ;
Most likely, you have hit a bug, but this error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
      Thread pointer: 0x168d818ef10
Attempting backtrace. You can use the following information to find out
where mysqld died. If you see no messages after this, something went
      terribly wrong...

I think this query is from the lookup function in ajax.tickets.php file.

      • Hi,

I have checked this ticket's audit log and wonder if a user (guest) can post an internal note. Please see the screenshot below:

Also, on the thread, it shows the SYSTEM posted those notes but in the audit logs it's the user. With this, I'm sure that none of our agents opened a ticket from a thread entry.

        Regards.

        • Here's a portion of that ticket thread.

Our agent created a ticket from thread entry (#1), just once. Moreover, there were three system notes posted after that. I checked the timestamps on the system notes, and all pointed out to thread entry #1. This issue occurred on some of our tickets, and we couldn't identify what triggered those system notes.

          • Hi,

We noticed that some of our tickets have these random thread entries posted by the "system", but upon checking, those tickets were unrelated to each other (not parent or child tickets). Please see the screenshot below.

We've tried to replicate that issue, but we can't and don't know how those system entries were triggered. Can you please help?
