Edit and resend ticket thread entry

Hi,

Will only the requestor/user receive an email notification when I edit and resend a ticket thread entry, or will this notification also be sent to collaborators added to the ticket?

It should be whomever it was sent to originally.

I would like to confirm if that includes recipients added through CC?

Because during our testing, it seems that recipients added through cc were not able to receive updates through the re-send function.

I just wanted to confirm if this was intended. Thank you
