    Just started the install of latest version 1.8.0.1 on HostGator shared account (PHP version 5.3.28), Fatal error: Class 'PEAR' not found in /public_html/support/include/class.validator.php on line 141.141 is the last line in this:    function is_email($email) {        require_once PEAR_DIR.'Mail/RFC822.php';        return !PEAR:(Mail_RFC822:($email));This occurs right after clicking "Install Now" on the page osTicket Basic Installation.I can't seem to find this error in the forums anywhere else.  Thanks for any guidance!
