I would like to request that a "Check Email Now" button be added to the system to force the system to download the latest emails rather than waiting for the next scheduled download.

Many times people will email me directly, so I will just forward the email to osTicket but then I need to sit around and wait for up to 5 minutes for the email to show up in osTicket before I can respond to it there. I haven't found a way to circumvent the every 5-minutes timer and force it to download now.
