I removed some fields from my custom form so that they are not added to new tickets anymore.
(They were added to Ticket Details form instead.)
As far as I understood, this should not affect older tickets:
The fields and the content are still there on older tickets, that is fine.
Thank goodness!
But I can no longer use them as criteria in advanced searches.
Is that normal?
Back then I remember I had a custom form "Test" with a field "Test" and that one still appears as possible criteria in advanced searches.
That was already deleted long ago.
But I think that I deleted the whole form there, not first the field and then the form...
