Hi everyone I'm trying to configure an scenario when a new message from the User is appended to an existing ticket so the system automatically change to an specific ticket status (Example: Updated), but I didn´t find how to do this. Can you help me please?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.
a year later
it is very interesting, in our case ...we closed a ticket with status resolved .. then 30 days after ... we change to status closed..
there are an option to update automatically?
This is not a feature in osTicket currently.
There is a third party plugin (autocloser) that you can use to do that.
