KevinTheJedi hey Kevin the department does exist as i use it everyday to handle quotes for customers.
i can actually transfer to the queue as per image. It's the one that says Puma Quotes in English and Cotizaciones Puma in Spanish. it's the same queue.
the basis of my problem and how i noticed this error is that the agents that i created previously and had this queue assigned it works for them but any new agent that i create now i cannot assign them that queue
I will update to version 1.15.3 today in the afternoon and let you guys know what happens.
