Our company provides a variety of varied services (HR, IT, Accounting etc.. ) We have well over a 100 different Clients (Organizations) These clients have availed either one or more services from us.
When submitting a ticket, first, the end-user would be presented with a Help-topic dropdown list, containing a list of Services. The end-user will select a service, for which he/she requires support.
The absolute top-level services/topics (HR, IT, Accounting etc. ) would be just 6-7. However, each of these could have over a dozen sub-topics, which in turn could each have another dozen or so of their own sub-topics. The catch over here is that we require a different drop-down, based on the main topic, and then, the sub-topic..
So, we would require 3-levels of Help-Topics - each with a drop-down, that changes dynamically, based on the topic & sub-topic selected..
I know how to create 2-levels of help-topics, with the 2nd-level drop-down changing dynamically, based on the selected option in the first/top-level drop-down.... I've done so, by creating a custom-list, then adding that list to a custom-form, and then adding that custom-form, to the top-level Help-Topic
However, I'm not sure how to about creating a 3rd-level drop-down, based on the Child Help-Topic, that would be selected from the drop-down list displayed via the custom-form
