Hello, someone knows I need help since I want to create a custom filter for a ticket queue and I want it to allow me to filter it with multiple matches ... is it possible to do this?

You have not really given us enough information to assist you in building either since you have not told use what it is that you are trying to do.

Filters have nothing to do with Queues.
Filters are things the trigger when a ticket is created that can change default behaviors, reject tickets, etc.
Queues are logical grouping displays of tickets using specific criteria.

ctorres If you're trying to filter the tickets that appear in a custom queue, then yes, this is easy (I suspect a terminology clash here - filters in osTicket generally refer to actions that are taken on a new ticket as it arrives, whereas this is custom search criteria). It can either be a personal queue (unique to each agent) or one created in the admin panel - generally you just add the conditions you want to the list, as shown below:

All tickets in this queue would then be 'filtered' to ones matching all of the criteria I've specified in the image (which would probably be none given I've just selected random criteria 😆 )

(edited to fix plethora of typos!)
