@wmertens I've never tried setting up fetchmail to run with osTicket before. But if it can run on the server and pass off to piping then I would say that you should be good to go. That is assuming that it handles piping like a mail server does. I would say give it a try and see if it works. If it does not however we likely wouldn't be able to help much.
