So I understand you can just make a new set of email templates in an alternative language, and then attach that set to a specific department. So any email notifications sent from that department will use templates from that set...
But what if I want these email notifications to be sent in english if the preferred language of the user receiving those notification is english, and in french for users who've said their preferred language is french.
Am I right to understand that this is currently not possible?
