We have a set of clients who need special care. I want to auto-assign only their tickets directly to me as soon as they send a request. is there's a way to route tickets that are coming from specific domain directly to me ? i dont want to setup different different email addresses for them.

If this were me...
I would create a department that only I have access to.
I would create a ticket filter so that anyone that opens a ticket from domain.tld is assigned to the private department.
