Service Now customers

Several of our customers use Service Now, and when they send emails to us they come in as <company>@service-now.com. We can't add just service-now.com as a domain because they both use that domain. Are there other options for adding email to proper queue?

1.6 is end of life and you should not run it in a production site.

I'm not real sure what you mean by

As a side note Users are required to have unique email addresses.
