Hi,
I've to send a notification to some people after a specific kind of ticket creation.
I've configured some web filters using topic ID number.
As email body I would like to add the ticket content.
Emails are correctly sent but body does not contains anything.
I've used %ticket.message% variable but it does not work while %ticket.subject% variable works correctly.

Os ticket version is 1.15
