helptopic category and sub category split

 Hi  , im currently currently working on helptopic show on parent and child show on different dropdown ,
 how can i  work on that , please any one suggest me

created one custom form and custom list and linked to helptopic , working fine but that criteria from under the priority label ,

that criteria dropdown how can i show in next to helptopic dropdown fields .
please someone help me

Move it up on the order in the Form Fields list?
Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details
drag the item to where you want it in the order.

Im creates that criteria field in custom form and field , that values came based on helptopic choosed, that is dynamically came.
if i drag and paste in Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details that criteria came static values.

Click and hold on Square.
Drag to where arrow points.
Let go of mouse button.

Note that the field moves to where you drag it.
Click Save Changes.
