Today tickets starts disappearing...
I've got e-mail confirmations of new tickets but I cannot find them: in web UI or even DB (I queried ost_ticket table: there is no row with today's date in Created column; I even queried for ticket numbers).
osTicket 1.15, upgraded today to 1.15.1
Tickets missing
The only time that I have ever heard of this happening is when someone has two sites. One production and one old one... and the old one was still running cron to pick up the emails for the production site after an upgrade.
