Hello,
It will be alot helpful for everyone if you add the feature where user/staff can reply to the ticket on the go from the mobile. Where customer creates a ticket the alert mail will b sent to the staff and staff can reply to the ticket by clicking reply button.
I have tried to modify the subject line to ticket id and it got success but i dnt knw whr i can i change the "header content" of the alert mail so tht i can add "From" email id of the customer who created the ticket.
If this is already available, kindly do let me knw how to do the changes.
Note: i am using POP/IMAP :)
