Good day everyone,
I have an issue regarding my setup.
I added helpdesk@googledomain.com to my osticket emails and it successfully fetches new emails from the helpdesk@domain.com inbox every minute.
But when I login to helpdesk@googledomain.com via gmail and compose a new email and send it to its recipient, a ticket will be created in osticket and the user is helpdesk@googledomain.com.
I thought that only emails in INBOX are fetched and turned into tickets, but it seems sent emails are turned into new tickets as well.
My email fetching is done via POP and when messages are accessed with POP, copies in the helpdesk@googledomain.com email is archived.
Any help regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.
Emails sent via Gmail are being created into a new ticket.

It has never been my experience that osTicket picks up emails in anythin other than the INBOX to make tickets... are you CCing yourself on the replies of something?
