I am using Osticket v1.14.3 , Apache/2.4.46 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1g PHP/7.2.33 , and MySQL 10.4.14
I would like to ask an info about email notification\
Is there a way when a ticket is closed , to send an email with all the ticket history/actions , at the system admin/at a specific email???

Send email with all activity when ticket closes
This would be best solved with a custom plugin, I'll put together a basic one later as an example.
We do this by using a canned response when we close tickets.
But a plugin would be faster/easier for agents.

now i am using email with inner activity and full ticket thread
Agent panel -> Knowledgebase -> Canned Responses.
These are also selectable when you are posting a Reply to a ticket.
