When a user wants to reset his password, he can go to http://support/support/pwreset.php (this is how we set up the osticket) and the page loads but when he inserts his email and clicks on "Send Email" the page changes to only show an "Invalid Path" message.

The user receives the email and the proper link with a token but the link redirects to the same page with "Invalid Path" Text on it.

We use osticket awesome theme.

Anyone had this issue before? I couldn't find anything about this.

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)

You would need to remove the 3rd Party Theme mod to ensure that it is not causing the issue.
You would also want to look at your webserver logs to see what's going on.

I got the same problem.

Changed the PHP version, not working.

Same theme too.
