Any option or plugin to create ticket in OsTicket by using slack /(slash) option? As like halp integration.

There is a slack plugin on the list. I have never tried it and do not know if it works with the current version.

It's verrryyyy easy to do. All you have to do is utilize the Slack webhooks and add a few customizations to the osTicket codebase.
