Issue 1: Somehow during the migration NEW tickets coming from IMAP account are getting flagged as Ticket Denied. "Ticket rejected (email @ address) (unregistered client). This MIGHT not be a problem, as normally people do not email the tickets in, they go through the OSTicket interface. | Is there somewhere I need to look to change this rejection?
Issue 2: I put in a test ticket on the new system. When I get the "ticket opened" email with a link to view the process ... it doesn't work. By that I mean you click the link provided you are directed to the site but get an error message of "Account confirmation required" | Any ideas what might be causing this? Did I miss something?
