Hi I have 1.14.2 version, I want to set up a filter on incoming email with high priority then change the SLA level.
the filter have order=2 and the filter i've tried is ticket / priority level = 3 but it seems that the filter was not fired.
the first filter change the argument and is not set with "do not elaborate further rules" (this filter works fine).
I've also tried with ticket priority = high but nothing change. I've searched in a forum but i didn't find a solution. Any help?
