Hi, i'm using osTicket from last one month all working fine now suddenly my auto responder is not working in last few day. i didn't made any changes on osticket.
Please help me.

Web Server Software-Apache/2.4.43 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1g PHP/7.4.6
MySQL Version-10.4.11
PHP Version-7.4.6
OS- Windows Server 2016 (i am using XAMPP on it).

    osTicket does not support PHP 7.4 at this time. Please downgrade to 7.3 and retest.

      I will degrade the PHP Version.
      But it was working on initial day how it can be possible.

      After degraded the PHP Version to 7.3.21, Still the autoresponder is not working and other mail are working fine. Only autoresponder is not working.
      Please help me on the same.

      This could be disabled at the Email level (Admin Panel > Emails > Emails > select desired Email > New Ticket Settings section):

      This could be disabled at the Department Level (Admin Panel > Agents > Departments > click desired Department > Settings tab > Autoresponder Settings section):

      This could be disabled by a Ticket Filter (Admin Panel > Manage > Filters > select desired Filter > Filter Actions tab):

        It's really helps me. and my issue is resolved now.
        My Department AutoResponder is disabled now I enabled the same and my issue is sorted out.
