Hello, Due to a forced migration from our hosting provider, we had to move our older version OSticket system to a new server. The system is now up and running with 1.14.2 but when we go under "tickets", our list is empty. All other parts of the system appear to be showing the lists properly. Also, we can not find any existing tickets unless we do a personal search. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I am concerned that the Queue create date is the date I created a new user.
When I choose Agent Panel, Tickets, Open, there are no number to the right of "opened", "answered", and "overdue".
