I opened a ticket on github.

and specific for this issue, I am trying to migrate all of the files from s3 to the local filesystem, so I can retire the AWS s3 bucket..
I can get the s3 manage.php to list all fo the files.. but I cannot get it to sync locally to the DB or the filesystem.
any assistance is appreciated..
Your question isn't clear to me. Is this related to osT? It can be easier to do it manually, by using amazon cli:
aws s3 cp s3://yourbucket/backup/dbmysql.dump .
So you will have your dump file in your current directory
This is follow-on from https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/1209 ... this is directly related to osTicket..
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/5594 has been opened on Github to track this issue...... as it stands right now, it looks like the s3 plugin for the attachments is a one way trip.. once out of the DB, it doesnt support going back.. right now..
