First of all I apologize for opening a new topic on the subject, I confess that I am finding it difficult to find the solution.
Due to several internal issues in my work, unfortunately I am working with osTicket v1.9.14. I will update when I can.

I need to create an expansion in an existing form, so that it is contextual, I will explain it better:

I have the form created with the option "choices", it has 4 options.
I need one of them to open a second choice option.
I've seen this happen but not yours as you do, can someone help me? Or direct to the topic that has the solution?

Would be like this:

1st choice option (img 1), if the option is selected (in yellow) the 2nd choice option (img 2) will appear.

    1.9 is end of life and no longer supported.

    pedroivo option "choices", it has 4 options.

    Instead of Choices, make it a list. It works better in that version than Choices.

    osTicket does not have dependent cascading lists (or Choices) at this time. So you would have to alter the core files to add this feature yourself.

      I saw the option "lists" and has another tab to be created, I need examples of how to do it.

      Go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists
      Click Add new Custom List
      Give it a name.
      Click Add List
      Click Add New Item
      Enter a Value.
      Repeat until all the items are listed (hah! pun) there.
      Add the list to the desired form or Help Topic.

      As I explained above, I need some fields to be displayed only when one of the four selected items is chosen.

      If I create a list, would I be able to present fields only when a "selection" item is chosen? Or that, I put a checkbox to expand such fields?

      Sorry, I don't speak English, so it will be more difficult for you to understand what I need.

      I somehow need, when selecting or choosing a function, for other fields to be displayed. Can you help me with any ideas?

      Dependent forms/fields are only a feature of Help Topics.

      Help Topics can display additional custom forms. So you would have to use the Help Topic do what you are describing.
