After upgrading to the new version, my system does not delete tickets by clearing the thread and thread_event tables.
I need to clean the system and leave it as new again.

Also not real sure what you mean. Perhaps step by step explanation of what you are doing, and what you see (screen shots) vs what you expect to happen would be helpful.
