I have setup SLA and it is working fine except it is counting hrs of weekend for due dates.

is it possible in OST to NOT count weekend hrs and set due date accordingly .

for example SLA is 48 Hrs , now if a new ticket created on Friday then it should not count Saturday and Sunday hrs . and Should alert after Tuesday.

Please suggest.

I think that's currently not possible in the UI so you have to mod the osTicket installation yourself if you want to archive this.

I just set it to 68hrs.. But yes, that would be useful. SLA should really only count business hours.
