[resolved] Problem fetching emails

Hi.

I have a problem trying to fecth the incoming emails, I don't have problems with the outgoing emails.
This is my installation info:

I've configured two email accounts, both can send emails, but they´re not fetching the incoming emails.
Both email accounts have the enabled the fetching email option:
Gmail account:

Outlook account:

And in my email settings and options is enabled the email fetching option.

When I login on the Email account I can see the osTicket folder created by the osTicket platform.

How can I solve the problem?

Are you running cron.php using cron or task scheduler?

My cron job was incorrect.
