Seems that the claim on response setting is not working properly.
I tried to unmark this setting and saved it but the marker is still there.
We use osTicket (v1.14.1)

My guess is that you have it on globally.
Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets

    Yeah i noticed. That does not change my response.

    Do you have it on at:
    Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets

    On Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets it says:

    Have you tried disabling it there? To see if the global setting is overriding the other one?

      ntozier I did but still not working. We like to claim the ticket when someone is responding.

      So long as the patch is merged into the repo before publication yes.

        The devs do not tell me when new releases are coming out. But I would guess it will be soon.
