I need help on configuring email's IMAP and POP

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)

Those are the exact same settings that I use to connect to O365 Exchange.
The only difference would be the account i use vs the one that you use. So the problem is likely the credentials that you entered or the account being used.
