Ticket's are returning to the panel after being erased. How to solve this problem?
Deleted ticket returns to the panel

PHP: 7.3.11
After selecting and deleting ticket's from the panel, they return to the panel after the page updates after a few minutes.
Is the email that created the ticket also deleted from the inbox? Or are you recollecting the email and thus making a new ticket?
Emails are being kept in the inbox. Some emails I need to keep in the inbox but they are not emails that will generate tickets.
Well it sounds like you are deleting the ticket, and then osTicket is picking up the email and creating a new ticket for it.
You would want to either delete emails or move them to a separate folder.

Hi - I'm seeing the same here, both when deleting a ticket, or having a ticket filter reject the ticket.
yeah, it's pretty wierd. If I get an out-of-office reply, and delete the ticket, then a few minutes later I get a new identical ticket. As if the email is not being removed from the server. The email inbox is fairly empty but sometimes there a few old emails there.
I run a quick test with a dummy email and get back to you.
