I have some overdue tickets that are sending emails about being overdue but every time that I try closing the ticket it fails.

Your Agent account has close permissions?
The ticket is located in a Department that your Agent account has full access to?

    ntozier I will take a look at that because we were trying creating departments and we are constantly changing settings right now, probably I will find the problem there, thanks for all the support!! 😀

    ntozier I found the problem, I was testing other departments and I assigned some tickets to those departments, after that I disabled the departments so when I was trying to delete the tickets I didn't have the permission for those tickets because were assigned not to me, so I fixed enabling the departments again, assigning the tickets to me and done.

By the way, I was looking in some other blogs and it looks like you are the one that is always fixing osticket issues through all the forums haha, I have found that you related to Enhancesoft and that company gives support for osticket, is there a way that you can contact me with someone there and see what kind of support can we get? Im not sure if the company that I work for is going to approve support but Im going to try haha
