System language doesn't change

System language doesn't change on osticket 1.14.1, I didn't have this problem when I had used osticket1.12. another information I use php 7.2.

Please I need your help I don't know how can I resolve this problem.

I manage the same issue, but don't understand at this time the reason.
The language is well declared as primary language in the admin page, and as preferred language in the profile one.
I try to install Spanish in the same way and it works fine ! As the english previously installed.
The fr.phar and the es_ES.phar are mostly the same : the only difference I see is the declaration of the language in the manisfest and messages.mo.php (fr instead of fr_FR).
Does it sounds to you ?

Maybe there is a bug in the language pack. I'll report this to the devs.

I'm not seeing the same issues. Just downloaded the latest French language pack fr.phar from our website, installed it on the latest develop-next (which is basically v1.14.1 with latest bug fixes), set my Primary Language to French, cleared the cache and voila I can see everything in French.

Maybe you're missing the phar, mbstring, and/or intl extensions for PHP? Or maybe the browser cache is in the way and you need to clear it?

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)

And make sure that you go into your Agent profile and change the language there once you install.
