Hello,

I use Osticket version 1.14.1. When installing and configuring the system for the first time, I inserted in the Department Signature the image of the company logo. It was normal during the following days, but today when trying to change the image, the system no longer lets you insert images of any size and format. Any help for this problem?

osTicket has never let you use images in signatures. It does not even provide you with the tools to insert images into that field.

Note the complete lack of formatting tools

Strange ... This print below, the area highlighted in red is an image inserted in this Department Signature field ... It was attached with CTRL + C and CTRL + V.
It has been there since December until today.

@fosilva

We allow small External Images in the signature but not images you upload. You can use any image like this:

Once you do this you should be able to see the image. I want to reiterate that we only accept external images in the Signature, not local images. If you get a small enough image most of the time you can just paste the download URL and it will auto-populate the image for you but if it doesn't then use the img tag.

Cheers.

Thank you.
The solution is perfectly working.
Just paste the image link. For example:
www dot queness dot com slash resources slash images slash png slash apple_ex dot png
