I need the adding collaborators option directly on a new ticket as appose to just when editing an existing ticket.
I would be nice that all the collaborators gets all the emails starting form the ticket creation.
I have to create a form?

It's already a thing.
Sorry but this option is to add collaboratos only when the agent creates the ticket.
I would like that the user to add the collaborator when creating the ticket.

The only way for a user to do that is to email the ticket system and include people as CCs at this time.
If you use Organizations, there is an auto collaboration feature in there.
go to ** Agent panel -> Users -> Organizations**
click on an organization.
click on the name of the Organization
Click on the Settings tab
see Automated Collaboration:
At this time the only way a user can add collaborators is via email. They cannot add collaborators in the client portal.
