osTicket v1.14.1
chrome v79.0.3945.88

Since upgrading, when trying to respond to a ticket, the response box is not displaying correctly in Chrome.
The response box is very long, and not visible with the "Start Writing Your response here..." label below the long narrow text box.

The signature section is also displayed twice.

I have attached screen shots to help explain.

p.s. works fine in other browsers

If this works fine with other browsers than it's browser issue.
Try clearing cache and cookies in chrome
Open it in inkognito and see if there will be the same

I use chrome and do not have this problem.
try clearing your browser cache.

Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome can fix alot of issues.
I would also recommend if the same problem occurs in chrome on a different PC.

If not, it can limit where the issue is sourced from.
