Good Day! Our company is using the latest version of OSTickets and we are new to this Support Ticketing System.
We have an existing system that has users in it, now the question is, is there a way to access ostickets system by using our existing system users's credentials? what i try to mean on this that we will integrate our existing system users table to ostickets?

    vindicon If you can export the users from the old system as a csv of "name, email" you can import them into osTicket in the Users Directory tab. Alternatively, if you have an Active Directory or LDAP system you can use the plugin available from osticket.com/download to support this!
