Instalei o osTicket no Windows e preciso de ajuda para configurar a leitura de e-mail pelo sistema.
SMTP está ok.
Já li a documentação de configuração para leitura de e-mail. Não obtive sucesso.

There isn't any special thing that you have to do to get email working.

You go to the email you configured in osticket and put in the settings for your mail server and the email, username, password and select the protocol that you want to use. Once you have done that you need to setup cron.php to run on a schedule using Windows Task Scheduler.

That being said the webserver will need to be able to connect to the mail server, and the account will have to be able to utilize the protocol that you want to use to collect emails (POP or IMAP) on the mail server side.

Meu sistema osTicket finalmente está buscando os e-mails na inbox do servidor. Apenas deixei habilitado a Busca de Email juntamente com o Auto-Cron. Não precisei configurar o cron.php.
Se desabilitar o Auto-Cron, o sistema para de buscar os e-mails na inbox do servidor. Obrigado pela resposta rápida e espero ajudar mais pessoas com minha resposta.
Sugiro também, que façam se possível, um tutorial com o passo a passo para realizar a configuração do cron.php para as
plataformas Windows com o Agendador de Tarefas e Linux. Creio que irá facilitar para muitos utilizadores do sistema.
