Hello everyone, how can I add a user to a department or is there a way to modify some script
antoniomote Admin -> Agents -> Agents -> [click agent name] -> Access tab From there you can set the primary department and add any others that should have extended access.
As a side note Users are not in Departments. Agents are. RBGE's directions are how you add an Agent to a Department.
Whoops, my bad 🤪 It is of course only agents that can be added - slight mixup in terminology on my part!
but can I take the organization section as a department, right?
Organizations are well organizations. They are not Departments. They are similar in that they are sort of like a container for your Users, like how Departments are a container for your Agents.
