Hi guys!
I`m having a doubt.
I need to share some tickets with more than 2 staff members.
I create a Team named "member1&member2&member3" and add those members to this new team.
I create a new ticket and assign this to the team member1&member2&member3. The system send to all members the new ticket and this ticket is showed in "Open tickets" but this is not in "My Tickets" item.
Is there any way to get this working? i´m in the wrong way??
I wanna have emailed every note/response to all the members who has this ticket marked and owned.
Please let me know the best way to do this.
